The following are the terms and conditions of the "PromotionCode" (the "Promotion") for www.888poker.ca (the “Site”). This Promotion is organized by 888 Ontario.
The Promotion shall commence on PromotionStartDate and shall conclude on PromotionEndDate (the “Promotion Period”).
1. General
- This Promotion shall be open only to persons who are located in Ontario, Canada at the time of their participation in the Promotion. If any person participates in the Promotion while located outside Ontario, Canada, while under the age of 19 or while otherwise ineligible to engage in the gambling service included on www.888poker.ca (the “Site”), any prize, bonus and/or other benefit which such person has received and/or is eligible to receive under this Promotion and any winnings generated through the wagering of any of the aforesaid shall not be awarded to any such person and/or shall be forfeited by any such person.
- Participation in the Promotion is only available to registered players who: (i) maintain an account with the Website; and (ii) have deposited real money into their account with the Website prior or during the Promotion Period.
- We may cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion, and any of the bonuses or benefits offered hereunder, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances. Other than where necessary to prevent fraud or other similar unlawful behavior, any such cancellation, modification or suspension will not apply to you if you have already opted into the Promotion, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or other benefits offered, and/or commenced taking part in the Promotion prior to the date of the communication of the cancellation, modification or suspension.

- If you have a pending message on the Website’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. - Available funds will always be used before Restricted Funds (to include Money transferred) and the balance of both will be displayed in your My Account
- All Bonus types (incl. Vouchers, their related winnings, and unclaimed Bonus funds) may be forfeited when making a withdrawal.

2. Eligibility
- You may only participate in the Promotion, if you have directly received an e-mail from the Site to which these terms and conditions are linked to
- If you are playing from outside Ontario, this promotion does not apply to you.
- If you have already made a first deposit or previously had an account with any site owned or operated by an entity within the 888 group of companies you shall not be entitled to participate in the Promotion.
- If you benefit from this Promotion you will not be eligible to benefit from any other first deposit bonus promotions with the Site. If you have benefited from another first deposit offer with the Site you are not eligible to benefit from this Promotion.
- You may not combine this welcome offer with any other type of welcome offer or first deposit offer provided by the Site.
3. The Promotion
- All bonus granted under the Promotion, will be credited to your account within 72 hours of the necessary requirements being fulfilled.
- Subject to the above, in order to receive the bonus granted under the Promotion, a player must deposit in his/her account with the Site at least BRCurrSymMinDepAmt in real money in one go whilst entering the promotion code PromotionCode during the Promotion Period. Such promotion code may only be used once.
4. Immediate bonus
- The bonus granted under the Promotion is an “immediate bonus” which is granted to you in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon grant. Such bonus and winnings generated with wagers placed with such funds, may be withdrawn only after you have wagered $1.5 contributed rake/tournament Fees or $30 in casino games per every $1 of the received bonus amount. - The bonus granted under the Promotion, must fulfill points accumulation requirements at the Site within 90 days of being credited to a player's account. Otherwise any available bonus amount not used by a player within the relevant time period will be cancelled and removed from the player's bankroll.
- If you place a wager on casino games using an ‘immediate bonus” and win you will receive, depending on your account currency, up to a maximum of $500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed $500 you will only receive $500. Such limitation on your winnings shall not apply to verified progressive jackpot winnings derived from the free spins.
- Any winnings generated from bonus money, whether in whole or in part, shall be paid to the winning player as follows: (i) a payment to the player's real bankroll up to the bet amount that was funded from real money; (ii) a payment to the player's 'bonus wallet' up to the original bonus amount used to fund the bet or up to the amount that was in the player's 'bonus wallet' prior to funding the bet, whichever is greater; and (iii) a payment of remaining winnings to the player's real bankroll if associated with poker games or to the 'bonus wallet' if the general bonus was played in casino games.
